Shipping

Do you provide worldwide delivery?

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

What are your delivery times?

Local orders take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 24 hours business days.

International orders take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered via Carrier DHL, Carrier FedEx or Carrier Sky Net and we ship within 24 hours business days no sooner we receive the update from our payment gateway regarding the payment status.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

How much will shipping cost?

Enjoy Free Delivery on orders above $100 for international and PKR 12,000/- for domestic shipments. Otherwise, you will be charged for shipping depending on your location. You will get to know the shipping charges at checkout.

Can you provide a shipping updates?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email & WhatsApp. You can log on to Courier Partner’s websites for local and international orders respectively, enter your tracking ID and track your order. Contact at sales@azureofficial.pk or on WhatsApp.

Payments

What payment options do I have?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept (Visa, Master & Bank Transfer) for the local transactions.

We accept (Paypal, JCB, Discover, American Express, Diners Club & Boleto) for international transactions. Select 2Checkout on the payment page.

Cash on Delivery is for customers based in PAKISTAN only.

Note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than PKR.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, your amount will be reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days. Contact at sales@azureofficial.pk or on WhatsApp.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?

All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.

How do I redeem a Gift card or discount code?

To redeem a promotional code, simply type in or copy the code into the ‘Gift card or discount code’ text bar on the checkout page.

Returns & Refunds

Do you have return policies?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy. Kindly checkout the terms & conditions.

How do I receive my refunds?

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or IBFT shortly after.

How to place an order?

Simply! add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you wanted to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout." Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for goods - we will ship your package within 24 hours business days.

Is an account necessary for placing an order?

Although you can order as a guest, having an Azure account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information, and ensuring faster checkouts.

How do I make an account?

To create your very own Azure Online Account, follow these simple instructions:

Click on the menu button on the top left-hand corner of the header. Click on the Account button at the bottom.

What if I forget my password?

In the event of a forgotten password, simply:

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in page Enter your email address Click on the link sent to you in your email address Enter your new password. 

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Go to ‘Account’ and click on ‘Edit’ at the address tab to enter your new address. 

Where can I view my order history?

Your order history will be available on your Dashboard on your Account page.

International Taxes

Who will bear the VAT and customs?

All custom and VAT charges will be paid by the customers for all international orders, where applicable. (Further, we would like to inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities).
